Beautiful and Feminine Delina Perfume

I am magnetically drawn to pink bottles when it comes to fragrances. I had previously heard a lot about Delina perfume and was now happy to be able to test it myself.
First of all, about my expectations: Lychee with rhubarb? Yippee! Rose and peony? It sounds fantastic! The rest of the song is equally enjoyable. This meant a lot to me!
What does the Delina perfume smell like?
Accordingly, I was thrilled at the first spritz. First-time encounters with a fragrance intrigue me no end. I get the impression that my brain needs some time to process and form an opinion on the fragrance. I was surprised when I first smelled Delina since the perfume was nothing like what I had expected. Second, “Wait a minute, I remember that one!” emerged from my mind. After one more sniff, I was positive I knew this perfume. Quickly raced to my treasures and picked out the proper perfume to swiftly compare it to Delina. Because of the bergamot in the top notes, I first mistook them for one another. Which fragrance am I referring to? Anna Sui’s Dolly Girl is a fragrance I used to own but recently repurchased for sentimental reasons. I don’t smell lychee and rhubarb in Delina, by the way. Likewise, the rose does not come out for me at all.
What kind of perfume is Delina?
Delina starts to smell woodsy, smoky, and spicy to me after a few minutes. There’s something more, something creamy and fresh, but it’s simply there. At first, I don’t know what note it is that is so prevalent here until I read up on cashmeran. The description matches perfectly what is “screaming” at me here. I guess it’s this cashmeran that controls everything after a few minutes. Apparently, I am one of those persons who detect cashmeran excessively. Because they genuinely appear to be significant differences in how individuals view the same item.
Still, I sniff similarly at both fragrances, and if Delina has transformed so much for me in the first few minutes, I still get the sense that the underside has vast similarities with Dolly Girl.
It’s been six hours, and Delina hasn’t changed much on my nose. Delina is still the same. The duration is obviously top-notch, but it’s still just this woody, smokey fragrance flowing towards me with an almost strident green. The woody notes are still prominent in this Dolly Girl, but it’s warm and mellow with a very faint berry flavor after six hours.
Is Delina worth the money?
Well, what can I say? Delina is a disappointment in my book. The bottle should appear lighter green or light brown. That would be an excellent description of the fragrance, in my opinion. At the same time, I’m not going to say it’s a bad fragrance. Many are thrilled about this fragrance and describe it differently from how I feel. For me, however, this is specific and, regretfully, a personal disappointment.
